Teachers, organizers, DJs and staff who help to make all this happen.
They are dancers, friends, great people we like to work with. We are a family business and we like to have the festivals small enough that you can meet us all!
This time we present:

Andreas & Moe
Andreas & Moe
Professional swing dancer, instructor, choreographer,
Moe has had professional training in many types of dance, including jazz, ballet, tap and contemporary dance. In 1999 Moe fell in love with the world of swing dance, since then this has been her dance of choice.
A pearl of the Orient, Moe moved to London in 2000, bringing a sparkle to the local swing dancing scene, and soon became the UK’s top female swing dancer. An active social and competition dancer, she is proud to have won several UK and US competition titles. include winning the world’s biggest Jack ‘n Jill competition with Marcus Koch at Frankie 95 is one of the most special titles Moe has been proud to win.
A multi swing dancer, she covered major dances with great knowledge and experience, like : Lindy Hop, Balboa, Collegiate Shag and St. Louis Shag
Moe travels the world extensively both for social dancing and teaching Lindy Hop. She has also enjoyed dancing for several productions, including theatre, television and film.
Well known as vintage enthusiast, Moe is passionate about the music and fashion or the Swing era.
Her dedication to the culture is also reflected in her attitude towards the dance, as she constantly endeavors to recreate an authentic style, and her passion certainly reflects the sprit of the dance as it was back in the day.
Andreas lives in Stockholm, Sweden. He grew up on the wrestling mat, fighting other little boys in leotards. He won
most of the time since he’s always given 100% in everything that he does. He also played the violin in an orchestr
a during his childhood. You might not think classical music and wrestling has much in common with Swing
dancing, but it has definitely contributed to him becoming the unpredictable, creative, musical and interesting dancer he is today.
Andreas was introduced to Lindy Hop in 2001 and a few years later to Balboa. Andreas teaches dance because he loves to see students learn and improve. As Andreas sees it, teaching is inspiring since it offers a possibility to contribute to the ever-changing dance style and scene.
Andreas claims to be the unchallenged record holder (so far!) of most hours spent on social swing dance floors in Stockholm. He is an energizer bunny, and only takes a break to change into another colorful bow tie or t-shirt with a funny print!
He has been placed in a number of prestigious competitions in both Lindy Hop and Balboa around the world with a number of well known swing dancers. He is also a history lover and one of the very few marine archaeologists in the world, currently the Head of the Archaeological Unit at the Swedish Maritime Museum. Ask him about the ”Vasaship” or ”Vikingships”.

In social dance she stands out for her explosion of energy and smile, which are never lacking throughout her lessons.
Barbi & Leo/taster
Started to dance at age 9. Ballet, modern jazz and ballroom dances gave her classic technique and stable base. She loves to spice up that with the energy and craziness of jazz. When teaching, it’s important to her to build up well structured classes. She tries to help her students to reach strong body awareness, to improve their technical skills, but can’t miss out some fun figures or games on each class. In the last 4 years she is teaching every day classes in Budapest at the Keep Swinging association, she is involved the local scene building and everyday life of the school. She is started to teach on international festivals just recently. Next to all the dancing and teaching she is an event organizer. She is in the main organizing team at Lindy Shock, Chase Festival, CEUSDC, One Minute Challenge, Vienna Honey Swing.
Leonardo believes that taking knowledge from various styles of dance allows for stronger understanding and awareness of body movement and therefore a better understanding and connection with the other person during couple dance.
Leonardo has been travelling, teaching, performing, competing & attending dance classes from the best international Swing Dancers around the world developing his own dynamic style and unique personality.
Isabel & Victor/taster
Isa and Víctor attended their very first Lindy Hop class in 2014. Slowly slowly they got hooked up and started to attend other classes as Showcase, Solo Jazz and Balboa, as well as travelling internationally. In these 4 years they have been dancing, they have attended more than 50 festivals.
Since 2016, they started teaching Lindy Hop in Valencia, at Black Bottom Studio.
In addition of Lindy Hop classes, Isa also teaches Solo Jazz. Apart from her endless energy, Isa is well known for her everlasting smile and the passion in her dance.
What stands out in Víctor’s dance are his team player skills. During the dance he focuses above all on taking care of his partner. He also cultivates his love and knowledge on music.
As a couple, they are both passionate about connecting with people. What they love about dancing is its honesty, “we dance as we are”, and that’s for them the real beauty of dancing.
